I'm making a 1 tier cake that is banana cake and lemon cake. Now I'm completely lost when it comes to the butter cream! It has to be able to crust. I would love to use my normal vanilla, but I don't know if that would taste good or not. HELP!
Sure it would taste good - been there, done that, many, many times.
Taste is soooooo different to each person. Maybe you won't like it but I and many of my customers did.
