Hello all! I am a newbie around here, and after reading on the forums for a week or so and hearing everyone talk about SMBC, I decided to try it.
I want to thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I baked a cake today just so I could make SMBC. It is 3:30 in the morning and I have just crumb coated my cake...and I am in awe. I absolutely cannot believe I haven't tried this before, and there is no going back. I am completely sold, and now want to try the others...Italian and French. Thank you all SO MUCH for enlightening me!!!! I'm just so happy I can't contain it!!! lol
(I made the vanilla bean cake in the recipes, and frosted with white chocolate SMBC)
which recipe did you use?
I used a recipe from FromScratchSF
I doubled the recipe and added one pkg of white chocolate pudding mix, and about 1/2c of White Choc Mocha coffee creamer.
