Alcohol infused whipped cream in a can! My friend just turned me on to this and now the wheels are turning in my head of all the possibilities with cakes! On the website it says to not refrigerate it but on a hot and sunny day if its sitting out keep it around 70 degrees. Thought I would share, I love finding new things icon_smile.gif

Don't get too comfortable with it. There is already buzz about pulling it from the shelves b/c it may appeal to minors. It's kind of a cool idea and I hope it sticks around but once regulators get something between their teeth look out! Just look what happened to Four Locos.

One of the faq blurbs states that Whipped Lightning (Whipahol) is not a food product (and is not subject to FDA labeling requirements); it is an alcoholic beverage.

So only for adults.... icon_smile.gif

It's easy enough to make alcohol-infused whipped cream on your own.
