hi all
i have made a white chocolat caramel cake and am stuck as to what to fill it with any tips or recipes would be appriceated thank you xx

Is this for family or customer? What are the likes of either? Do you want a fruit flavor or something to accent/bring out the caramel taste? What about a white chocolate pudding or mousse? What might taste wonderful to me might be too sweet or totally not right for you.

its for family its the first time im doing this one it is a 2 tier cake top tier is the white chocolate caramel cake this will be covered in white chocolate i just need a filling to go in the middle not to sweet as the cake is quite sweet not to sure about fruit???
the bottom tier is going to be chocolate cake with a chocolate filling covered in white chocolate and all the decorations are done in modeling chocolate
