I don't know if you need to be a business to order from Decopac, but they sell one on their site:

There also seem to be a few around ebay.

Beyond that, it might not hurt to call around to local Wal-marts or grocery stores. I know the Wal-mart I work at will sell cake kits if people ask and we have them. Possibly more expensive than getting one from a bakery supplier, but also possibly more convenient. Don't forget to check places that sell ice cream cakes as well. I know Dairy Queen, Maggie Moos, and Coldstone in Omaha all make cakes with kits on them (though I cannot vouch for whether or not they sell kits separately).

i went to the toy section at walmart to find the set i used on my nascar cake. the pack came with the car, and a plastic banner that worked perfectly. it was only $5 for the set, too.

Thank you but I am looking for the decals that go on the side of the cake, etc... I am sculpting a cake shape. Maybe that might help with more details, sorry.
