Hi there, I've been trying to find a chart or old forum & coming up empty handed. Does anyone know a link? I'm wishing to make a new Aussie mudcake recipe. I know all the ingredient conversions. Just not sure about the cake pans. Thanks

What does the recipe specify for a pan size?

20cm equivalent 8-inch
23cm equivalent 9-inch
25cm equivalent 10-inch
28cm equivalent 11-inch
30cm equivalent 12-inch
[Depths vary]

22cm round is a uniquely Australian size. It is usually a deep tin [2.5-2.75 inch], and is loosely equivalent to a 9-inch round that is 2-inch deep ..
