Hi there, I've been questioned a bit lately from customers if they can keep there fondant figures. I didn't really know what to tell them. I said I know they keep for a good amount of time, but not sure how long. Then one customer asked if she could shellack? or spray something on it to keep it for a keepsake? I'd appreciate anyones knowledge. Thanks

I have both fondant and gumpaste figurines that I have kept for years, some are over 4 years old.
Some have faded in color but either then that I haven't had a problem with them.

Hope that helps!
