HELP!!

how do I stop my mini cupcake liners from peeling from the mini cupcake once they come out of the oven???

I have a function and I don't want to look unprofessional.

Thank you in advance

How long do you bake them and at what temperature? I bake mine at 325 and start checking at about 9 minutes. I take them out as soon as they are done and remove them from the pan quickly. Perhaps yours are overbaked but I suppose it could be your recipe. I mainly use mixes or doctored mixes. I really have never had the problem you are experiencing. Hope this helps.

I make a red velvet, and I think it's the moisture, wondering if I should put them in the fridge right after. they cake is moist but the liners just pull away!

think I will try putting them in the fridge right out the oven.

What brand liners are you using. The cheaper the liner large and small the more likely they Opel. The white Wilton never peel on me. The new celebration liners at Michael's suck! Every one of them has peeled on me. Also storing the cupcakes airtight can cause moisture inside the container which adds to the peeling problem.
