All the books that i read say- use (what ever percentage) of cacao chocolate. I keep picking up (what ever percentage) of cocoa chocolate. AAAAAAAAAAArtgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did this 2x's. !!!!! either im dyslexic, same letters just different places or illiterate. So now i have a bunch of cocoa chocolate. Can i use this to make ganache?

so i did a quick search, and you can take a breather and know that you are not dyslexic. lol. according to the allchocolate website, cacao refers to the bean pod and tree where cocoa refers to the actual prepared chocolate and powder. here's the link, so you can check it out. HTH!
