I need to do a Disco Theme and it calls for Metallic Colors. What can I use to color the Fondant in Metallica colors? Thanks for looking and responding. Have a Health and Happy New Year to all...Blessings... thumbs_up.gif

Make an edible paint of vodka or everclear and dusts. Dusts do come in a variety of metallic colors.

The product I would use is called Luster Dust. It comes in a variety of metallic shades. Mix it with a small amount of vodka and then just paint it onto fondant.

p.s. If you mix too much, the vodka will eventually dry up and it will turn back into a dust icon_smile.gif

globalsugarart.com has a nice selection of all kinds of dusts! I have tons of luster dusts, but I've fallen in love with twinkle, disco, pixie and mystical dusts! They're much more glittery than luster dusts...perfect for a disco theme!
