I'm baking for my DHs employees and one of his employees is going to be out of town.

I'm baking on the 19th and the one employee won't be back until the 27th. The plan is to bake the following:

Oatmeal cookies (with creme filling)
Choc Chip Cookies
Fudge
Homemade Pralines
Florentine Cookies
Cranberry Nut Bread
Brownies

The pralines keep really well in air tight containers for a couple of weeks, however, I have never tried to make the cookies so far in advance.

Should I freeze them? I figure I can freeze the Cranberry Nut Bread and maybe the brownies.

Any thoughts?
Thanks everyone.

I would freeze - I freeze everything! As long as you let it come to room temp and 'dry' before handling...there shouldn't be any issues.

Thanks Cakesrock, I was hoping that would be the right solution. Freezing is easyicon_smile.gif
