Egg Whites Vs. Whole Eggs

If I am using a recipe that calls for 4 egg whites. If I wanted to use whole eggs instead, how many whole eggs would I use?

I use 3 whole eggs for my WASC. I use "The Original WASC" recipe from this site.

I have read other peoples instructions where they say to halve it. Use five whole eggs instead of ten, for example.
