I would also be interested to see if anyone knows how to make marshmallow fondant whiter. I have tried using name brand marshmallows as well as the store brand and my fondant is always on the ivory side.

I know in some of the tutorials I watched, they suggested using store brand marshmallows for practice, but name brand marshmallows when you needed it for your cakes.

Are you adding vanilla? Is it clear vanilla?
I don't know what would make it ivory.
The recipe I have calls for marshmallows, water and 10X

I made T's Marshmallow Fondant today and it is very white and tastes wonderful! I couldn't believe how easy it was to make it too. I used name brand mallows and clear vanilla and clear butter flavorings.
