Hi there! I apologize in advance if this is a redundant post, but I'm looking for some book recommendations. I have been decorating cupcakes for a year or two now and am interested into venturing into cakes/fondant. I have done 1 or 2 fondant cakes by just googling things on the internet, but I would really like to find some sort of book that gives me info on the basics (basic fondant use, how to cook cakes in pans deeper than 2", etc.). I've found some pretty cool books already but they are clearly for people who dont struggle with baking a 3" deep cake & getting folds out of fondant. icon_smile.gif Any suggestions for a good intro book would be appreciated.

Have you tried the videos on YouTube - especially ones by Serious Cakes (Edna)?
I doubt there is a book that will cover what you are wanting to know. You would be better off trying the video route.
