I have a (former) frequent customer who is having lap band surgery and wants one last hurrah before her surgery. I am so proud of her - she has lost 50-60 pounds on her own already (probably due to not eating so many of my cakes) and I'd like this "last" cake to be special. She has a good sense of humor so it can be funny, serious, whatever. Just nothing that could be construed as an insult (ie... a pig of any sort) ANY IDEAS?
