The best one is Wine Cake and Hobby in Norfolk. It's just off I-64!

Thank ya'll so much for posting this!! I live in NC, but we have a beach house in VA beach and travel there VERY frequently and I was searching the phone book just a few weeks ago to check out cake supply stores.. Always nice to visit the ones in newer areas you usually dont venture to.. You just might find something new!! I will be in VA beach next week for 10 days and will be checking these out myself!!!
