Sorry, I couldn't find anything in the forums although I know it is there somewhere! I have a baby shower on Saturday and am traveling 10 hours to take the cake for it. I have another cake due on Saturday as well. The cake traveling 10 hours will be fondant covered. Can I go ahead and decorate the fondant covered cake on Wednesday and the other "Saturday" cake on Thursday (buttercream)? Buttercream cake to be delivered on Friday as I head out of town for a 10-hour road trip. Any suggestions/ideas is great appreciated.

Yes you can. If any cake if left over it won't last very long....only a day or two but that's about all you can do with the schedule you have icon_smile.gif
