I don't do wedding cakes but agreed to do a friends.
I am planning to decorate all tiers today with sugarshack's BC.... do you leave tiers uncovered or refirg. or cover lightly with saran after decorated?

Thanks for your help!

If you don't have a perishable filling you can leave unrefridgerated and I would not cover in saran wrap, in a box if you need to cover it

If you need a second opinion. I whole-heartedly agree with cupcakemkr.

Depends on the type of fillings you use. I use a whipped cream mousse 99% of the time because that is my signature filling and it has to be kept cold. But honestly I chill all of my cakes overnight because it helps firm things up and makes the cake more stable for delivery.

SugarShack's BC reciped does not require refrigeration. If your filling is stable without cooling, then you can just leave it out with no problem. I've done it before with a cake and her recipe.
