My (grown) niece loves Micky Mouse and Minnie, so she requested a cake of each for our family gathering as her gift. So, silly me, I say "no problem". I have the full-Mickey Wilton pan that DH got me years ago on clearance and I have never used it. I figured I would pick up the full-Minnie on E-bay and just bake away. icon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gif - I was just stunned to find those lil' suckers selling for $50 and up!! I about died of shock. One of them was over $150 dollars already. They are just cake pans! Am I being dumb for being so shocked? (And NO standing Minnie for niece at those prices!)

And don't forget the eyelashes - key to feminizing (sp?) characters!

Um...yeah...$150 for a cake pan is a little bit ridiculous.

Ghee I guess I should try to sell some of mine! Thats crazy to pay but collectors go nuts over that sort of stuff.
I like the idea of using the Mickey pan for Mini. She has a polka dot dress and bow, dont forget her shoes should have heels! But as long as you get the basic mouse shape you should be fine! Then I would go ahead and sell your Mickey pan on ebay for $150!! lol

Paying $150 for a cake pan? I would be scared to use it.

I think I have the pan you are talking about. I have used it once in about 10 years. I am not sure how soon you need the pan but, send me a message with your info and I will send you the pan if you like.
