Hi again my friends....

Here is the deal... I have a wedding cake order for 150 people + top tier 18 servings for the bride and groom to save...

It's buttercream... 4 tiers 12', 10', 8', & 6'. Cream Cheese filling
with 70+ gumpaste flowers (7 large gerb. daisies, 25 reg sze daisies & about 50 hygrengeas as filler flowers...)

We are thinking about charging 900.00 all together (350.00) on flowers alone....
Do you think that's a fair price? we are from a metropolitan area in a large city... and the venue is in the center of town... where "La creme de la creme" go to get married...

If not please tell me how much more or less is should be or any sites that can help me determine the price....
