For better help we really need more info.
How many servings needed? Any idea of shape wanted?
Have you checked the gallery as suggested? Still need help? Let us know.

I'm in the process of working on a New Year's cake. It's actually a birthday cake for the 1st for the grandmother, but they always do a New Years' cake for her. It's going to be a basic square cake. On top will be a fondant party hat with 2010 on it and stars. Fondant horns similar to these: http://www.bulkpartysupplies.com/store/p/40942-Gem-Star-Horns-asstd-colors-100-each-.html ....plus the noise ones where you blow into it and the paper unrolls, and rerolls itselfhttp://www.bulkpartysupplies.com/store/p/40939-Happy-New-Year-Blowouts-100-each-.html . I made streamers, plus round and star shaped confetti. For the side of the cake I did a fringed banner with Happy New Year on it... http://www.partycheap.com/Multi_Color_Metallic_Happy_New_Year_Banner_p/80355-mc.htm

I hope this sparks ideas for you.
