I have been asked to make a belly cake, and from what I have figured out so far, it is best to use the Wilton Ball pan. Do I just use a half of it, so that it is more of a dome than a ball? How many servings would that be? My goal is 30 servings, but I am concerned putting a sheet cake or a round cake underneath would be way too much! Maybe some cupcakes on the side.
