i'm making a pumpkin choc chip cookie for thanksgiving along with a recipe for cherry bomb cookies from the joann fluke book, the sugar cookie murders, and was wondering if it would be alright for me to go ahead and make them tommorrow (sunday) or monday? i have a lot on my plate (pardon the pun) and want to get some of the things out of the way so i wont be so rushed come wednesday to get things done. would they need to be refridgerated? or should i freeze them? any advice would be appreciated. TIA!

I would go ahead and bake them, if you have room in your freezer great otherwise just put them in an airtight container, they'll be fine til thurs.
