Can anyone help? I took a last minute order (due next Wed) from a very close friend of the family. She specifically requested a singe large white gardenia on top of the cake.

Does anyone have directions on how to make one or can direct me to a tutorial somewhere. Are there flower cutters I will need and any idea where I can purchase them on-ine that will get here in time (and maybe not cost an arm and leg for shipping)?

Any help would really be appreciated!!

Cutters: Use the lgst 5 petal (all-in-one) rose petal cutter.

I have never made one but have seen articles and demos on it. What stands out most to me is you make a tight bud w/many petals then a couple of rows of loose, almost flat petals.
I know that's not much info but maybe it will help?
Seems to me there is an article in an older American Cake Decorating magazine but I don't have mine anymore to look it up for you.
