I am going to make a baseball cake for my son's second birthday next saturday and wanted to use bavarian creme, but not sure what flavor goes well with it? I'm not a fan of chocolate and I'm planning on using buttercrean frosting.

Bavarian cream filling goes well with just about any flavor cake or frosting since it is generally just a vanilla flavor. I would try it with whatever you want. icon_smile.gif

Have you ever tried Red Velvet? It's made with cocoa, and does not have a real chocolate taste.

Chocolate or Carrat are my favorite. Walnut also goes well.
