I managed to get my hands on some bettercreme. Unfortunately, its the pre-whipped variety from Sam's Club. Any advice on how to flavor it with chocolate. When I use the liquid I add chocolate pudding and milk, but I'm thinking thats not going to work here.

Thanks.

Hhhuuuuummmmmmmm......

boy I'm not sure. I don't remember ever trying such a feat(sp?) icon_sad.gif
My thought is if you try adding unsweetened cocoa powder the fat in it will break down the bettercreme. Might try in very small amounts to see if it works.
There is always LorAnn flavorings - it does come in chocolate - unless it has to be brown/choco color - for that you can always add gel color.

If you add milk to Bettercreme, it must then be refrigerated...

Melvira uses Hershey's syrup, which I also use with the prewhipped. Be careful with the prewhipped b/c you can easily overmix when adding stuff & it'll look like bird poop
