I've never used any of the bouquet flavorings.. wedding bouquet, creme bouquet, etc.
What do they taste like? The BC I make is just strictly the shortening, PS, vanilla and butter flavors. I'm just wondering how it changes the flavor.
I use creme bouquet, vanilla, and butter flavor in my icing. I only use small amounts of the creme bouquet and butter. About 5 to 1 ratio. It does have a slight citrus flavor in my icing. But its delicious with the other two flavors.
Might have to see if my closest supplier has some and try it out next time I'm that way..
