Hey Guys. I have been asked to do a pink panther themed birthday cake for a young girl. I really want it to look and taste great as this is my first order from since i started advertising my buisness. I would greatly appreciate your help. I was thinking of having this image on top of the cake as a royal icing transfer or sculpted from fondant.what do you think?

I also have another burning question. How safe is it too use a mousse as a filling?
Pleaseeeeee if you read this post and you can help i would really appriciate it. I'm practically depending on the experts and experienced. icon_sad.gif HELP

Mousse as a filling would be okay, however it has to be refrigerated. If you do use it as your filling I would use a gelatin based recipe to help with the stability. Hope that helps in some way, shape, or form. icon_smile.gif
