OMG!!! I would kill to have a sheeter!

Is it just me or are you guys able to roll the fondant up onto your pin to place on the cake? Mine always sticks to itself. I know I'm doing something wrong. Help me wise ones!

These are great - this was a great way to bring these NY-area folks together to share their expertise. Oh and I just realized that Ron Ben-Israel's bakery is mere blocks away from my work....sigh, if only I had a reason to make an appointment!

I had trouble with Buddy's video. Somehow it kept cutting off in the middle. I really wanted to see how he did that simple dress bow. Oh well.
