I have seen this description used for alot of cake servings. Can someone Please tell me the difference in these? Are they the same as party & wedding servings.
Can't say I am familiar with those terms.
me either!! but i only do one serving size... according to wiltons wedding servings...
My pricing is based on the wilton wedding chart. They are WELCOME to cut it any size they want, but they are PAYING for the number of servings it's designed to serve.
Insert KFC analogy here. http://forum.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-597044-kfc.html (and there's a typo in the first post in the numbers, which I correct later in the thread....)

Nice
Ive had people complain about their slices I cut ( iget 12 from a 6in easily) but once they are finished with it... they arent up for more!! even though its thin its a whole lota cake!
i found that the terms "coffee/finger and dessert servings" are used more on the uk/australian cake boards
it seems as if the dessert is similar to our standard size. the coffee is 1/2 of the dessert so a 6" square would be 18 dessert servings or 36 coffee.

ETA: this is what i gather from reading other boards
