Hey all, I'm deciding on doing cakes at a fair here and I'm gathering up all the cake decorating techniques possible. I know their is:

Sugar Glass
Gumpaste flowers

But I'm looking for as many new, different, cool looking, old fashion still strong, all techniques. If you have ideas PLEASE PLEASE list as many as you can for me.
