No idea what I'm doing with them yet. I just saw the flavors on someone's flavor-list and thought they sounded good and gave 'em a try. I may keep looking for a recipe that's more 'fluffy', like a mix cake, though. These are ok, but like a lot of scratch recipes, it's denser than what I'm used to.

Besides, if I dont' use up the rest of the champagne, I'll just have to drink it so it doesn't go to waste! icon_rolleyes.gif
