I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried using splenda as a replacement for the sugar in NFSC. I have a potential customer who needs cookies for her mom who is a diabetic. If not does anyone have another recipe for cutouts
that who be sugarfree. Any help anyone can give I would greatly appreciate. If this question is a duplicate of one that has already come up I apologize for repeating it. I haven't visited the forum much since the website has been modified. Thanks Lynda
I can't really answer to your question but I made a quick search on google :

sorry, I can't help... I've never replaced the sugar with splenda. I just bought some Whey Low (a "sugar" with a low glycemic index so it is better for diabetics) and I am anxious to try that in place of the regular sugar int eh NFSC recipe. When I do, I'll be sure to post how it turned out.
