I have seen many cute pics with something called "brush embroidery". Can anyone explain this technique? Thanks!!

The way I have done it is making an outline out of frosting of the design I want and then using a brush to lightly pull some of the frosting towards the inside of the design.

If you look in Peggy Porschen's books, she usually has at least one cake done in brush embroidery. I've also seen it done on cookies -- gorgeous!! icon_biggrin.gif
