Why Does Fondant Crack?
Decorating By DoubleTroubleCreations Updated 30 Jun 2009 , 2:10am by Charmed
The last time I used fondant on a cake, I noticed later on in the afternoon, there was a hairline crack in the fondant (luckily at the back of the cake). Why would it crack and is there any "fix" for it while it is on the cake?

scroll down the page almost at the end and the question is on the right hand side.
