Someone asked me and I didn't know.....I make mousse filling with heavy cream.....now if the cake is fondant covered, can it sit out in a cool room overnight and be safe, or does it have to be refrigerated?

However! I',m the type of person who would leave it out *if* it was a cool room.

Thanks, RylanTy. That's my 6 year old son on Christmas morning. The only thing he asked Santa for was a magnifying glass. Aaahhh, the simple things...
