Egg Souffle.... icon_cry.gif I made Macsmom's Tropical Breeze WASC for a cake on Thurs. I halfed the recpipe and followed it to a "T", and its like a souffle. At first I didn't think that it was done, but it came out clean when I tested it. What happened? What did I do wrong?? detective.gif

You know pinkflower1212, that happened to me over the holidays. I was making a sheet cake. I tested the cake after a reasonable amount of time in the oven. Toothpick came out clea, cake removed left to cool for about 15 mins. When I flipped that sucker over to a cake rack... icon_eek.gif . there was batter all over my kitchen counters, the floor and me. LOL I can laugh about it now but it wasn't funny at the moment with all the cleanup needed. Just had to restart a new one. icon_biggrin.gif
