I NEEDTO PUT AN EDIBLE IMAGE ON A BEER BOTTLE CAKE WHICH IS COVERED IN FONDANT. HOW DO I PASTE THE IMAGE TO THE FONDANT?

WILL IT FALL OR SLIDE?

you can use a little water but only to make the fondant tacky or piping gel I also use corn syrup

I would just wipe a damp paper towel on the fondant. It will stick right on. Nice LITE coating of dampness...

All great answer, you just need some type of moisture on the outside of the fondant to make it stick, whether it is a light mist of water, light brushing of corn syrup or even some edible glue.
