I found a picture of chocolate covered strawberries decorated like a bride and groom. I want to make them out of cake balls instead. How do I make the bow for the tux? And also how do I thin out the chocolate bark so I can get the white/black affect on the tux so that it still dries hard? Here is the picture of the strawberries. Thanks in advance!

For the tux: 1st dip the front into white choco; allow to dry then dip each side into choco. For the bow tie, pipe it w/b'cream or melted choco.

thin out choco/bark by adding Crisco before you melt it. Some have said they use oil but then your finished choco will be soft & melt on your fingers icon_sad.gif

I didn't even think about using crisco. Also I could make some royal icing to pipe the bow with! Thanks!
