Could someone tell me how you do the Harlequin Diamonds in fondant on the sides of the cake? Especially measuring, sizing and spacing. Oh, and how do you stay straight?

When I did harlequin on my mardi gras cake, i bought the wilton square cutter set and bent them into diamonds. It made it really easy!

Well, I guess I was trying to make it difficult!!!!
