A newby, but I've been 'bitten' by the contest bug. I live in the Columbia Gorge area (close to The Dalles, Or) and was wondering if there's any upcoming contests in Portland or surrounding area?

If you want to enter you might have to call today and beg for them to accept your application this close to the show.

I don't know of any contests but I wanted to say welcome!!! I'm in Vancouver, WA it is good to see someone else from the NW!!!

I know its a little late for this year, but the Oregon State Fair has a cake decorating contest each year. I'd love to have some more competition there
