I just spoke to a lady with a realestate event coming up. Now I know that it isn't a bridal or cake show, but I am going to supply a dessert table in exchange for advertising. There will be LOTS of people there, homeowners to be, and families. So I am pretty excited with the thought that I will be able to get my name out there.

I am going to do a large cupcake/pastry tower.

That is awesome! You should do some sort of drawing for a prize. Maybe a $25 off coupon for one of your cakes, so that you can get contact information about their cake needs (birthdays, weddings), marketing purposes, etc. =o)
