I am going to make my first fondant cake for my daughters school. I need to know how long can the cake sit without a fridge? Is it OK to leave it out overnight? will the fondant get to hard? I know they are silly questions but, I just want it to look good. Thanks so much for all of your help!!!! icon_razz.gif

I've left my fondant cakes out for 4 days (as my family & I were eating on it) & it was fine, didn't get hard. I did cover it loosely in plastic wrap.

Keep checking out the site & use the search function, this place is full of SO much information it'll make your head spin!! icon_wink.gif
