I've been wanting to buy a Kitchen Aid mixer so I don't have to hand mix my fondant any more. I have kept an eye on Craigslist for used ones; many could be had for around $100-125.

The other day, there was an "older model" (meaning the 4.5 qt. bowl). The pic showed the mixer, bowl and whisk attachment. $50. I looked up the cost of a new blade and dough hook; I could get those and still be well under $100 spent. So I told the guy I wanted it.

When he replied, he made mention that it came with all the attachments. I asked which ones, and he sent a photo of the blade, dough hook AND the instruction book. All for $50!!

I am jazzed beyond belief. Just wanted to share!
