I think Canada need a cake decorating magazine. The USA and London has one, so why not us! There is alot to idea and talent to be learnt in the cake decorating industry. What is your thoughts? Are you up for a challenge?

This may be a dumb question but what is the american mag. because i need to be getting my hands on this.

We have American Cake Decorating and Mailbox News, along with the ICES newsletter.

If you go to Barnes and Noble, they often carry the UK magazines. If your nearby one does not, request them and they will get them for you.
Oh, and B&N sells them for less than the subscription rate.

I agree, last fall when I was really getting interested again in cakes, I was surprised that I couldn't find one. I mean there's magazines about EVERYTHING, but no Canadian cake decorating. I'm a member at Cakes Canada, but I don't spend as much time there as do here icon_redface.gifthumbs_up.gif .
