Hello,

I'm baking a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and I was wondering if the cake or the cream cheese will still be OK tomorrow? I will be covering this cake in fondant later on tonight. I'm not sure if the cream cheese frosting will go bad if the cake with the frosting is already decorated the day before. Does that make sense? Thank you. icon_biggrin.gif

Depends mostly on the cr ch recipe. Earlene Moore has a great cr ch b'cream that can be left out for up to a week.
