I'm gonna be making a Nemo cake using a egg pan. I want to make sure it looks like a fish so to do that I would have to have the icing combining the cake up and down instead of flat like in a regular tort. I am concerned that once I put fondant on it that it won't hold and that it will come apart. I do plan to put it on a 13x18 sheet cake. Does anyone have suggestions as to help calm my worries? Thanks!! icon_smile.gif

You use kabob sticks or similar thru the cake to hold it together w/icing. Ice each 1/2 of the cake, push together and run several sticks thru it. It should hold fine.
