I have been asked to barter cake for local wedding planners at a convention and would like to know if you think I should make a real wedding cake or just a well decorated sheet cake? It will be relatively small for fewer than 100.

While I'm picking your brain, do planners information other than what I would give a bride as far as information goes?

Thanks
