i followed direction..added powdered food coloring..let it set overnite..package said 15 min to overnite..this morning went to peel off web andit cracked..any ideas? i did make ane xtra one and its not due until saturday...should i just make it the day of? thanks

HEY!! I just saw your video on YouTube where it cracked.

I never leave my sugarveil to dry overnight. I usually give it between 30 mins and 3 hours depending on the weather. The humidity really effects the drying time.

you want it to be dry but flexible, if it dries to "set" it will be like Royal and crack.

If I remember, Lauri left hers in the fridge, which will keep it from setting.
