Not too well. The only way I did was w/the airbrush. It depends on what you want to accomplish. For large areas you might try using a makeup brush...it's about 1" round. Dip the brush into the powder; tap off the loose stuff and lightly rub it over the b'cream.
For smaller areas use the dust in paint form.
